upper age criteria

my child birth date is 04-01-2012 many school are taking addmission from 01-04-2012 so he is not eligible in many school please help me. as earlier there no cap on upper age

Now upper cut off of 4 yrs on 31 Mar 2016

Join kg to 12 group

but my child will be 4year and 3months. can this age be treated as 4year

No she will be eligible for kg only
