Upper age limit for nusery admission

Please tell me is there any upper age limit for nursery in Ahlchon International school,Mayur Vihar.

As per DOE as of today No upper age

The case is sub judice will depend on court verdict as of today no upper age limit but some schools are putting against DOE /HC orders
