Urgent doubt in birth certificate

Hi admin...

I have started filling forms but in my daughter's birth certificate no name is mentioned as at that time we had not finalized a name for her. So is it a problem while submitting the documents????

If you can suggest alternatives that would help

Go to MCD office where you got your daughter's BC and give application for inclusion of name and tell them about your urgency and to give within 2 days time.
