URGENT MATTER- MR. VOHRA PLEASE TAKE UP THE ISSUE

Regarding those cases which are at 75 points.

On going through the list of schools for 75 pointers, I have observed that many applicants who have claimed 75 points with 5 points for transfer in one school are at 70 in others. How come this is possible. If its a genuine transfer case then in all schools it should stand at 75. It clearly means school are considering transfer criteria on their own. I know such case personally also and can msg u details.

Kindly brought this issue into the notice of authorities.

FAKE transfers should not be allowed but there are GENUINE transfers too.

Dear Sir,

Why not file a PIL on Distance criteria as that is where the real issue is. Everyone  perception is Transfer points as Issue where as real issue is Distance. There are Genuine transfer cases too that may be impacted. If you remove transfer then only Alumni and Siblings will be considered which is again an UNfair proposition.

Please think about it.

Talkd to bluebells authorities regarding forged case of transfer in their list after doc verification but they clearly says its not possible for them to verify genuine cases or fraud cases. Told me to file a written complaint....now wll b doing that...but my question is to doe that is it a parents duty now to leave all chores n run after tranfer cases verification....what is there role....y not strict action against such cases...if u cant do tht abolish transfer points...being in transferable job for every four year ...I DONT WNTtransfer points

Yes Gurpreet you can file simple application  in HC in case coming tomorrow. Can stand on individual capacity.

Ya anuj but y u want points in the beginning of session? What about those parents who wll get transfer in mid session.......at that time schools will say no seats.......is it logical?

Every year transfer critieria is there, whaeal issue is distance is hurting this time is distance made common.Real issue is DISTANCE is made common and everyone is thinking TRANSFER is an issue, but real issue is DISTANCE.

Transfer benefit should be given to thos that are GENUINE
