Many schools will ask to show original at the time confirm admissions at the time of confirm admission, but will keep Zerox copy .Get Original made again by family Doctor ( You can attach affidavit with with old one and give it to your Family or any other Doctor)

Hi,

Not at all a big deal. 

Get a photocopy attested by a registered MBBS doctor and also get a medical fitness certificate (generic format).

Rest, as Sakshi maam has already stated, get an affadaaff made for precautionary measures.
