VIS Dwarka is taking out lottery only for 4 plus age group. For 3-4 yrs age group, no lottery would be conducted. School management will decide whom to take. This indirectly means that they are expecting donation. Those who have shown interest to pay money their wards will be admitted.

How can we bring this to the notice of DoE?
