What does 1st list means ?

My daughter has scored only 35 points in dps and so was not called for documents verification or lucky draw as minimum point to be obtained for verification or lucky draw is 45. So is there any chance that her name can come in the 1st list which will come on 7th march or the 1st list will display name of children who have been already called up for documents verification ??

1st list will have only confirmed admissions,

so selected by default having more than 45 points + selected in lottery in DOL of 45 points will be having names in first list

thanx.. then what is 2nd list.. 2nd list have name of which all childrens.. is there any hope in 2nd list ?
