What is the Wait List procedure in school

Hello Sakshi,

My child name is in Wait List in two school. school is not explaining what procedure will do for wait list candidate.only saying second list will be come out on 29th feb. School will again draw lottery for wait list  or can be done by internally selection and publish on 29th feb. school not clear on this. please advice me what i will do.
