why not redraw for all categories

As there are changes in guidelines why not redraw in all categories. If the rules have been changed than the draw should have again. And why Alumni. On one side they say No Transfer Cases as Delhites don't get change similarly with Alumni being there no new parent will get opportunity with just 70 points. Except sibling criteria no other weightage should be given....... DOE please look into this

yes partially draw is not justified...its totally unjustice with kids. Draw should be completely and again.

I totally agree. The alumni points needs to be scrapped completely to enable our kids to have fair chance. Also as per law of averages/ law of probability for very few seats the nber of applicants are huge and v now stand very less chance to get in lucky draw. Alumni to be scrapped and total redraw should take place for total fair results for all

Yes i am totally agreed. its unjustice with innocent kids of transfer cases. they would not have chance to participate in draw. what was their fault. now alumni would take their seat. it is totally flop guideliness and must be changed. DoE is trying to satisfied only one category. All transfer are not fake and DoE told that the 50% seats were captured by 75 pointers but it includes alumni also. Lets raise our voice. Vohra sahab it is unjustice so come forward since its not the for making request..just do the action else lets go to court.

completely agree i want to appeal against this decision are there others who feel the same i feel cheated at this stage by the forum who went to court they have taken such a selfish stand really... if they had to challenge it should have been the whole selection process with solutions... yyy target just one group

Yes It is totally unfair to simply vacate the transfer seats and fill only those through Draw.For no fault of geniune transfer case the innocents kids will have very low chances. any logical person would support a complete redraw. Let's all get together and appeal

friends finding the correctness of transfer cases is a long process so we should not discuss now since we have just few days hence in the first instance lets write to DoE to issue revised guideliness for redraw for all category and if they dnt issue any, then without wastage of time, lets move to court since in 75 pointers, there were 50% were alumni since alumni were genuinen as such 50% transfer cases were also genuinen. Its is totally unjustice with kids to real transfer cases, waitlisted applicants of 70 pointers. Laws says every one is equal before me, but what is happening here, one days before, this news was came in media that the hon'ble courts orderd for redraw excluding EWS, but its not happening here, DoE is doing partiallity and may be afraid for doing this. so plz write to every official from your different ID's through mail and make pressure on them to change the same and side by side contact to media persons for publishing the same in their leading newspaper since its totally illogical and arbitary.
