@Divya what is your source of info as parents are preferring Co-Ed.Most of  sought after schools Catholic Schools are single gender.( Specially Girls).

Discipline/Spoken and Written English is better in Catholic schools but most are traditional and parents are more interested in schools which offer Holistic development these days.

Rest it's personal choice.

Catholic schools are preferred to raise up and nurture students, in a strict atmosphere, it's a stepping stone towards self discipline.
