Why Transfer case Candidates should pay for Govt. Mistake?

According to new guidelines, 5 Points of Interstate transfer case would be scrapped.Mostly schools have conducted the draw for 70 points & 75 points.In this case selected candidates with 70 points would remain valid. Seats allocated to 75 points candidates would be vacated and the fresh draw would be for these vacated seats with 70 points to all candidates.

This means the candidates who had 75 points previously are eligible for half of the general quota seats.

This is really a injustice to them.

There should be fresh draw for all the general quota seats.
