A REGISTRATION NUMBER will be allotted with in 48 hours only if the details given therein are complete and are in order in all respects
A cheque of Rs200/- (Non-Refundable) in favour of BAL BHARATI PUBLIC SCHOOL, NOIDA will be dropped in the drop box kept at the entrance lobby of the school on any day between 03 and 13 September 2012 from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Please send the envelope marked with MONT FORM NUMBER allotted.
Must write the Name of child, REGISTRATION NO., Father’s Name, Telephone NO.(Residence/Mobile) at the back of cheque.
The application form will not be processed if the cheque is not received with in 4 days of submission of the form.

BBPS Noida is an established school started in 1992. It can be rated at the same gradient as being good options after the top 5-6 other schools in Noida. Academics is above average and exposure to sports & extra curricular is good. BBPS has good education system in the Prep classess (MontI&II) and employs Educomp Smart Boards in sr. classes.

Receipt of filled in forms : 03-15 Sept 12 ( on all working days)

Timings : 08.00 – 11.30 a.m. only

4. Online Registration

Registration will open on 03 Sep and closes on 13 Sep 12 at the school website \\http:www.bbpsnoida.com

On receipt of the filled in form by the school, a Registration number will be allotted only if the details given therein are complete and are in order in all respects. Parents will be asked to take a print out of the Receipt Page for all future references.

On receipt of Registration Number by the prospective parents a cheque for Rs.200/-, drawn in favour of BBPS, Noida (being the cost of school prospectus), is to be dropped in the drop box kept at the entrance lobby of the school on any day from 03 and 13 Sep 12 from 08.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m. The registration number allotted by the school will be written on the reverse of the cheque.

(Parents will be advised to take a print out of Registration Form before clicking the SUBMIT FORM button for final registration)

Candidature will be rejected on following grounds :

(i) Cheques without Registration No on the reverse

(ii) Cheques dishonoured by the bank

6 Admission formalities : 25 Sept to 29 Sept 12

(on all working days)

c. Criteria for Award of Points

Points will be allocated to the applicants on the basis of the following criteria.

D Essential Documents :

Following supporting documents : duly attested, are to be submitted at the time of admission :

Attested Date of Birth Certificate of the Child.

Proof of Residence.

Relevant authenticate certificate (only in case of SC/ST/OBC/EWS)

Medical Certificate of the Child (for children with special needs).

Attested passing out certificate of Father/Mother

(School, Graduation and Post Graduation)

Proof for Sibling (Wherever applicable)

Proof for Alumni (Wherever applicable)

Vaccination Card duly stamped by qualified pediatric.

Proof of any other criteria that the school may decide for the allocation of 10 points under school specific parameters.

E. Withdrawals after Admission

If any parent or guardian, after depositing the full fee for admission of a child, chooses to withdraw the child from the school within one month from the date of admission, then the school shall retain Registration charges, Admission Fee and the Tuition Fee for one month only, and shall refund the rest.

In case, any fee collected from the parent(s) or guardian of a child, whose admission is cancelled subsequently due to non submission of original documents for verification by due date, or any information or document submitted prove to be false or wrong, the entire fee except registration amount will be refunded.

F. Admission Methodology.

Candidates will be ranked on the basis of points scored.

Draw of lots will be held if the number of candidates with identical points is in excess of available vacancies.

A waiting list of minimum 70 will be prepared on the basis of rankings.

Draw of lots will be held at 3.p.m. on 21 Sep 12 (Friday) only if there is a need for it. Confirmation for the same will be communicated in due course to the parents.

The school shall display its Admission list on the website, www.bbpsnoida.com as well as on the School Notice Board on 24 Sept 12(Monday).

After submitting the online registration we'll be getting the Registration number.

In Intructions written "Please send the envelope marked with MONT FORM NUMBER allotted." what does it mean? We have to write regn no. and other details at back of cheque, but where to get the "MONT FORM NUMBER". Pls help.

Mont form no is the registration no only. But just Write on the envelope MONT FORM NUMBER and write the registration no. you received. And complete all details to be written in back of cheque.

1) Only envelope with cheque enclosed with relevant details has to be submitted. On the envelope mark MONT FORM NUMBER and write registration no.

2) Cerificate of last educational qualification anything if 10+2 or Graduate or PG which ever obtained. This has to be submitted only after admission.

3) School has not asked to any photos in form.

4) Age should be calculated as on 31st March 2013 ( the session you apply) only months and years as your first choice has to be filled.

Its last school means school so not college - 10+2 ,if in doubt call school and clarify

Education qualification means - engineer /doctor/c.a etc

u can enquire and upload ur digital pic like you do on fb

3 yr 3months is the safe ans

i think u must call the school
