Passport Size Photograph of the Child (1 Copy)
Original Date of Birth Certificate
Attested photocopy of the Date of Birth Certificate (1Copy)

Interaction Date : 21st November 2009, 9:00am Onwards.
All Parents must register their ward's name at the school reception before the Interaction Date.
