Sir, didn't got any response from them.. I sent email to their official address.

Do you think RD will be better option above these available one?

Sir, for school such as RD Rajpal, do not rely merely on email. I suggest to visit the school, they going to properly address you on your visit (they may not ask you to write an application if you already had registered there, however it is better you go along with the application just in case they may require). Over the mentioned school, approaching RD Rajpal would be the best as suggested by Hitesh Sir, though JMI will also be good, yes they don't have a playground with sand and grass turf, but only a cemented turf for aerobics, basketball, badminton for physical activities. I would also recommend R D Rajpal over these schools.

Additionally, I suggest to write to the schools NiBS (I wrote email and handed over the written application) and St. Thomas (school was inviting applications over an email) for their MQ seats in particular.

Definitely then I will visit RD rajpal.. issue was I didn't applied formally earlier to their school..thats why not sure if they consider it now or not.

No, they will consider. You need to write an application and prepare the required documentation they need (i.e. please do carry original and xerox of Birth Certificate / Address Proof and Affidavit if your kid is First Born Child / Photographs of Child and Parents). Hereby, I'm attaching their RDR Admission Form and FBC Affidavit within same PDF (you may skip admission form as the school will ask you to fill there anyhow, or you may take color print and fill it before hand).

I see one forum where Sakshi Ma'am shared the template for writing an application even to the school you have not applied. Please refer that.
