How strong is is the probability of child in waiting list 2 getting a call from school

The probability is there as the waiting list is 2.

There could be few kids who might drop out or not able to furnish the require documents. I would still say a chance of 50-50 but since it's Bal Bharti, its worth waiting and not to loose hope
