Dilemma over admission and age
To all the parents and moderators,
Age of my son is 4 years 10 days as on 23 Dec.
Last year we applied for 15 schools in Dwarka and West Delhi but could not get through. Hence, my son continued in play school in pre-nursery class. But we really want admission this time and just got lil confusion here....
Some of the schools have nursery and then class 1 but in some schools the structure is different; they start with pre-nursery>nursery> class 1[like ITL]. Even the naming convention is different in every schools.
Could some one please share age wise categorization of classes. And number of schools we need to target in Dwarka.

@Hem Chandra. Age sholu be Nursery 3+, KG (Pre-primary) 4+, 1st 5+.

@Hem Chandra. Many schools provide admissions in KG with nursery & after that also fill the form & keep a track on the school school will call you if fees is not you criteria.

Hi Hem Chandra, I got to know that J M International in Dwarka sector 6, is taking registrations for Nursery and KG both. I think they may have few seats in KG. It's a good school and is on the main road coming from airport fly over. you may go and enquire. Hope u get through, Best of luck
