Draw attendance mandatory?

Can anyone please enlighten us and confirm whether attendance of parents is mandatory during draw of any school? Do only those candidates get to participate in the draw whose parents are present in the school at that time? Or it happens for all the shortlisted candidates irrespective of their attendance?

@Shilpika Verma. No attendance is not mandatory. All short listed application will be entertain even if you are not present physically.
