School said they would mail letters and tentative date is 28th March for orientation but I havent received any formal notification/letter.

what is the agenda for orientation..? what do they generally cover & what would be the duration..?

It is an Orientation Programme for the parents of Pre-Schoolers. Both the Principal and the Headmistress will give a welcome address briefing the role of the school in development of child. It will be followed by the address of the school counsellor, highlighting the role of parents in child development. Duration - 1 hour or little more.
