St thomas and queens are two end of dwarka. So unless you reside somewhere in between, I think you should consider distance criteria as well. Moreover queens is all girls school (it is an important factor in the process)

I haven't applied to queens valley but I know that Its a sachdeva group school which has few more schools running in west delhi. They are also into other businesses. Being a girls school, I feel they lay more emphasis on security e.g. own buses, Music and Dance as extra curricular. Not much emphasis in Sports. Comparatively smaller campus than St. Thomas. Class size is optimal at queens valley but slightly on the higher side at St Thomas. I find the location of queens valley far more convenient and suitable than St. Thomas.

St thomas Dwarka runs on some kind of licence arrangement with the Diocese of Delhi which has many schools in north. This school is run by Gautam family. Not much is known about them. But the school infra is good. I haven't researched on academic performances of these two schools. May be you can find out on their websites.I find the location odd.

The fees are almost similar. It comes down to your preference whether you are fine with not sending your daughter to a co-ed school. If that is okay then go with Queens valley.
