Refund of fees

Can anybody tell me what is the refund police after  one month of the fees submitted and the session is not started yet in this case what is the refund policy.

There is no refund policy after 1 month has passes since admission.

According to govt rules schools are obligated to return fee if the admission is withdrawn with in one month.
