@laxmi. In thses two school my rating Mt carmel> ITL. More good schools are there like Indrapratha, basava, SVIS. No preferrence like that. No screening in nursery just on draw basis. Some schools about vaccination of child like ITL & some about medical fitness certificate from MBBS doctor on their letter head that you can get easily.

Sandeep Pal is spot on and you just require Medical certificate (from your family doctor that your child is not suffering from any disease or allergy) n vaccination card updated.

Rest for all Dwarka school related queries Sandeep pal  n Lathaaji are experts ..are doing selfless efforts to help parents.

Also that if my child actually has a medical condition but it does'nt have any effects on his activities or going to school. (He is attending play school right now), but because of his medication, he has not been through his vaccinations. Will this / how much will this affect his admissions?

Do schools really care about this seriously.

I am sorry, I do not know if this really needs to be taken this seriously, but just to get clarified.

@laxmi. Dont worry not all schools demands vaccination card & medical certificate. Just wait for the admission process to start & let the criteria to come from DOE.

@Laxmi. Firstly should be the distance from home should try for good & near schools next is the  education quality next is budget (Optional) if can afford.

According to your advice, I tried to list the schools near my location but I do not have any idea to prioritize them on their respective education quality. So need your help in this regard. The schools I have noted are:
