Second list / final list or second draw?
So BGS is conducting second draw today for 8 seats in general category. This seems a fair system. But what about other schools ? Tomorrow is second list ...will they be conducting draw after second list or their general seats are filled by now ? Schools like bal bhavan (bottom of school ranking order ) came out with a waiting list of only 20 ....so they should have the second draw ? What about schools like ITL who came out with only 4 seats in lottery process ...how come... All their general seats were filled by siblings and alumini's ... ? Den how come other schools like dps ( topmost school) and NK bagrodia or modern came out with so many general seats ...why their all seats were not filled by siblings and alumini's ...isnt their lottery system looks more fair ? I may be going on the wrong path...please share your views

P.P.international is also conducting 2nd draw for students within 1-3km.
