Switch from Sachdeva to Other School

I have selected last year Sachdeva Global School as i was left with any other choices.

But i am not completely satisfied with there teaching pattern so should i go for another school this year and if yes what are the much better options i have?

@Prince Sidana. This year you should be filling in KG if i am not wrong. For Kg you can submit the application in schools like Mount Carmel, DPS (After Nursery), Indraprastha, Maxfort, RDR, Vis-10 (entry level KG/Prep), on seat availability.

Hi Sandeep,

No i am filling this year again for Nursery. As my child was just three year old last year and i still feel he will not be able to cover up KG and to make his base stronger i am preferring to repeat Nursery again rather them giving him more study pressure.

Please send your inputs.

@Prince Sidana. Not that much of base req. in nursery. Nursery is just family-ring a child to school with some basic things of study. But you know better about you child. If i have this situation i will go with KG or LKG in some school. rest your decision.

There is no such budget criterion, but i do not go for donation.

Hi Geetika,

No doubt sachdeva is also good school and comes in top 10 schools, but i am not much impressed with there nursery pattern.

There are few better schools in Dwarka so will try for that else will stay with sachdeva.

Also Sachdeva fees is on higher side then other schools which are better then sachdeva.

School fees should be a considerable criteria while selecting a school. Don;t forget that you need to pay the fees every month for next 13 years. Generally we ignore this parameter when we are very excited with our first child about to go to school. But when the second kid also starts schooling, school fee becomes a major concern for most of the salaried people. Pl don;t see this as a deterrent to the excitement, but i have seen some parents getting troubled due to ever increasing school expenses.

Yes Nitin, i totally agree with you. But i do not have any better option at that time.

School fees on higher side is also ok if your satisfied with your child progress.

I found major issue in nursery is student teacher ratio which is 1:35 in sachdeva and i think its almost similar in another school as well.

Hi Prince, That is true almost all have minimum 32 going to 35 which is way too high but this is a bane that we need to bear being in one of the most populated city in the world, Delhi. I think 15-20 is the ideal count, guess no school will operate at that lower number.
