School using the upper age limit arbitrarily for draw of lots

ASN SR SEC. School, Mayur Vihar Phase -1 is setting/using the upper age limit as the criteria for draw of lots which is clear violation of admission guidelines.

On their website (http://asnschool.org/) they have mentioned:

"ASN SR. SEC. SCHOOL- LIST OF THE CANDIDATES OF GENERAL CATEGORY RESIDING WITHIN THE RADIUS OF 8 KM FROM THE SCHOOL AND ARE BORN BETWEEN 1ST APRIL, 2010 & 31ST MARCH 2011 WITH COMMON POINTS–75 & 70 ARE ELIGIBLE FOR DRAW OF LOT TO BE HELD ON 22.02.14 AT 9.30 a.m. FOR ADMISSION TO PRE SCHOOL SESSION 2014 - 2015.

So, the children above 4 years of age are being deprived from admission. No such criteria was mentioned at the time of distribution or submission of admission forms. Now they have changed the criteria arbitrarily.

I have already registered the complaint about this on edu helpline number.
