Turn off Pop-up Blocker of your Browser. Before you register online please read all instructions carefully and click on the Proceed Link given at Bottom. [Already Registered] | [Print] You must have the following documents with you at the time of registering online, as these need to be uploaded with the registration form: Photograph of the child (In Jpeg, Jpg format) not more than 3 months old. A Valid personal e-mail Id for communication. The system will automatically generate your Username/Password when you complete and upload your registration form adequately. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ADMISSION The Original Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or Registrar of Deaths and Births, ) along with a Photostat copy of the same must be submitted at the time of verification of the forms. The original certificate will be returned to the parents immediately after the verification. (A photo copy attested by the Notary will not be accepted). You are required to submit a Photostat copy of any one of the following documents at the time of verification of the forms, as proof of the residence. (a) Passport (b) Rent agreement (c) Voter I Card. (d) Telephone Bill. The original document will be returned to the parents immediately after the verification: Fill in the particulars of the child (i.e. name, parents’ names, and date of birth) correctly. The date of birth filled in the form must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth certificate. No change whatsoever will be made after the admission. The Management of the school reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular candidate. (The selection procedure is designed by a Committee and the selection of the candidate is done by the Management.). Incomplete registration forms or those with incorrect information will automatically stand rejected. The School does not accept any donation for admissions. Parents should beware of third parties making false claims of procuring admission and collecting money on behalf of the School. If they enter into any transaction with such parties, they will be doing so at their own risk and the school shall not be responsible for it. The School will appreciate to know if there is any such person or persons so that proper legal action can be taken against them. No telephonic enquiry about admissions will be entertained. If your registration form is successfully uploaded the computerized system will generate an Acknowledgement Receipt with a reference number which you must use in all further correspondence. The Acknowledgement Receipt will also generate an USERID and a PASSWORD. The hard copy of the form submitted online is also to be submitted at school office (8:30am – 12:30pm) or at school gate (7:30 am – 7:00 pm) from 7th sep-2012 to 10th sep -2012. The passport size photo of the child and that of the parents will need to be attached and submitted with the same. Status of candidates shortlisted for final interaction can be checked by using the same user id and password generated at the time of submission ( on 19th sep-2012 after 4:00 pm). This list will only display those selected for the interaction with the School Principal, and the second level of the admission process The candidates whose names do not appear in this short list, will regretfully not be part of the next level of the admission process and their parents would be advised to look for admission elsewhere. The shortlisted candidates are requested to submit a non-refundable draft of Rs. 500:00 only (Rs. five hundred only) payable to “Father Agnel School, Noida”. This covers all expenditure of the advertising, admission process, etc. Important: Forms not filled online, will not be considered, even if you submit a hard copy in the office.

Check out carefully whether you have filled all the fields marked * which are most required ones.

Kindly help me out with few of the issues faced by me while filling the Admission form -

1. Add Photo link sometimes opens up and sometimes it do not opens up.(Though Fee Structure link and Routes link opens a Pop up window).

2. If by chance the Add Photo link opens a pop up window and the photo of child is displayed, some or the other compulsory fields (which are already filled) do not allow the form to submit.

Kindly reply as soon as possible.

Have you turned off the Pop-up Blocker of your Browser?

yes I've turned it OFF and also I'm using IE 9 browser.

No.. Still there is some issue. Even though I'm using IE9....but its bad luck

please donot wsate efforts in filling up the form . the site created is a scrap application and behave erraticaly , no testing has been done before making this site avaialble to students

just wondering is this another tactic for preventing parents from filling the form

Those who are facing issue with filling Father Agnel below steps might help:

1. Please turn off pop up blocker in you browser (IE/Mozilla). This is required. Reason is filling form registration detail appear as pop up. In case you miss this step data will be created in Father Agnel system (server) and resubmitting form will show "Duplicate data error - Data already exist".

2. Point to note in case you are not able to submit form. For question answer section it limit number of word/length of answer. In case you have done copy/paste (from notepad) it does not stop you that time, selecting submit ill do nothing (In case looking for technical detail - you will find yellow error message icon at bottom left side of browser). Suggestion is go ahead and type your answer.

3. If you got "duplicate data error - Data already exist" do not worry. Please visit school and ensure you meet someone at reception/admin. They will provide you user/pwd and registration number. Please do not submit print screen form at school gate. Having resignation number to track you kid status is mandatory.

4. Use IE in case button behavior does not seems consistent (like add Picture etc).

I went all three steps above, so thought important for sharing. Hope this helps.
