hi..
last year in the final interaction there were a group of 2 faculty members (there were 4-5 such groups present in different rooms) interacting with the parents alongwith the kid for a brief period of 2-3 minutes.
Simple questions were asked regarding qualifications, work experience....i remember they asked a details about our finacial services experience...
(Good thing about Fr. Agnel is that they take kids of different strata of society, with education&occupational experience of parents...they really maintain a fine balance)
Just be confident and give your best shot...
