BGS Dwarka

We visited BGS  today and surprised to get to know that the Annual Fees for Pre-nursery is Rs. 1.,25 Lacs (annual) without transportation. They are demanding Rs. 50,000/- and Rs. 1,200/- in separate cheques and rest in four equal installments. When we asked for the breakup they didn't provide the same.

However, on website they are showing Tuition Fee Rs. 4,400/- (P.M.) and Rs. 959 as Annual Fee and Rs. 660 as Development Fee.

As per gov rules, is there any rule regarding fee refund in nursery admission...
