Prospectus will be available at school reception from December 15, 2009 to December 31, 2009 between 9.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. on all school working days.
Minimum age as on March 31, 2010 : 3 years for Pre-School (Nursery)
However, Candidates under E.W.S. can collect the form only from the school reception from December 15, 2009 to December 31, 2009 between 9.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.
Last date for submission of completed application form at the school Reception is January 15, 2010 by 1.00 p.m.

Total No. of seats to be filled from the children of economically weaker sections of society (teachers’ ward 5% and 10% weaker sections as per High Court order – Total 15%) - 23
Management quota (20%) - 30
No. of seats open for general category - 97
Age as on 31.03.2010 (Pre-School - Nursery) - 3 years
Fee structure - For the year 2009-10 attached.
Likely to be revised for 2010-11 after the Managing Committee decision, taking into account the liabilities of the school.
The dates and schedule will be as follows:
Online Registration of forms / Registration form for EWS candidates from school reception.
December 15, 2009 to December 31, 2009 (between 9 A.M. and 1 P.M. on all working days)
Filled up forms shall be accepted at the school
till 2 P.M. on January 15, 2010
Lists of selected candidates (First list) and waiting list (Second list)
at 4 P.M. on February 1, 2010

1. General Instructions
Children who have completed 3 years of age as on March 31, 2010 are eligible for registration for Nursery for the academic session 2010-11.
Prospectus will be available at school reception from December 15, 2009 to December 31, 2009 between 9:00AM and 1:00 PM on all school working days.
Last date for submission of completed application form at the School Reception is January 15, 2010 by 2:00 P.M.

2. Guidelines for filling in the Forms
· Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid the rejection of your form.
· The fact book / prospectus is available separately at the school counter.
· Please attach attested photocopies of the following documents along with the form.
a) Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.
b) Proof of residential address [Passport/Lease Deed/Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone Bill/Electoral Card]. Note: School will also verify the residential address through home visits
c) In case of sibling applicants: Admission No. and fee bill issued by the school.
d) In case of Alumni (father/mother/both): Admission No, Year of Admission/Passing, Roll No. of CBSE Board Exams.
e) In case of applicants with special needs: Certificate of disability.
f) For proof of Parents Qualification: Highest Educational Degrees.
g) For proof of Service : Identity Card/ Certificate issued from the concerned Departmental Head.(It should be on the company’s letter head)
h) For Economically Weaker Section: Certified document.
Final Admission is subject to the verification of all the documents in original.
