Upper age cap applicable from this year.See point 15 (iv) of  last year DOE notification.

But he s already in nursery in bhatnagar international so y class 1st now i want to change his school for kg

4th feb 2104..but the new rule wpuld not b applicable for last year student it would b applicable for this year onwards.he will b 5 yrs as of 31st march 2019
