I would suggest you to contact school n see what DPS N school authority says

But a slight miss happened in the form, I could nt fill details of Xth class school of me n my wife and started from XIIth std details and submitted the form. Hope the same will not affect my application status. I am also enclosing X th class passing certificate of me n my wife for backup.
Any advice
