Duly completed Registration Form along with the relevant/ applicable documents to be submitted at the school reception along with the registration fee of 25/-.

List of the documents to be attached with the Registration Form:

1. Copy of the first term Result sheet from the previous school.
2. Date of Birth Certificate of the child. (Self – attested copy by the parent.)

4. Medical Certificate issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner.

Acceptance of admission form/appearing for the test does not confirm admission.

• Final Report Card
• School Leaving Certificate of the child countersigned of Parent by the Education Officer.
• Copy of the Transfer Certificate of Parent in case of change of state.
