Comment by shweta malik on April 8, 2016 at 4:29pm: I also have been trying for few years but has failed to get my kidinto a elite school.. Basically what sets us back is the distance thing , we couldn't qualify for dps vk and rkp since we live in west Delhi and would have got nopoints for the same( tried my luck last time but wid no avail).. Dps Rohini is also very far .. I have filled applications last year too in some premium schools like modern , sanskriti , spring dales too but no reply so far .This year also I filled in these schools. This gets very frustrating and discouraging that why our children are deprived of getting into gud schools ? Since we are getting no points for distance, siblings,alumni etc.. I think it's better off conducting entrance tests for children so that a fair trial is given to each one..

Tried in DPS Dwarka, Venketeshwar International School, Bal Bharti and Mount Carmel but none of them have vacancy for class 1. Nirmal Bhartiya has. Can you suggest any other school?
