My son is already studying in Manavsthali, Rajendra nagar .Is it worth shifting to DPS rohini ? My concern is of distance ,which is from my place will be of 19 kms ( around 1 hour one way transportation).

Go for dps rohini b sapna is right ... Dps treats every admission as fresh irrespective. Whether its from dps or any other school.

Please suggest me b/w St. Anthony School, Huaz Khaas and Apeejay School,

AS my daughter is already in St. Anthony School and i got the chance to admit in Apeejay School for 1st.

Which i should prefer, should stay in existing one or go for change.

You must go for DPS Rohini....although its not that ranked high like main DPS branches of Rk puram or VK, but indeed they also maintain standard.. and definitely in your case..you must opt for DPS Rohini..and its pertinent to mention here that DPS does not support in-house transfers..btw which class you are looking for?? Rohini is just out with admission notification...
