Ya, it was mentioned vacancies are only available from 4th, then how come I, II and III. Can I still apply there for II.

I had gone to MCS (AN) yesterday for the evaluation test of  my kids, 

there were kids who came for  for class I,II, and III tests...though earlier, 

it was mentioned that vacancies exist only for Class IV-IX, but may be tests

of class I, II and III were for Junior school at Anand Niketan

@Rachna. @ Mukti. Chances are quite fair as when i applied at that time at sec-22 around 500 kids were there
