ADMISSION NOTICE FOR CLASSES ONE TO NINE FOR

2013- 2014

Admission in Classes 1 - 9 will be opened only for the Defence Category. Due to the limited number of vacancies, admission is not being opened to the General Category. However, the General Category Candidates may submit their applications with the photocopy of their final report card and parents’ details. In case, vacancies arise in future, you may be intimated accordingly.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE ONLY FOR THE SERVING DEFENCE PERSONNELS’ WARDS

There will be a limited number of vacancies in Classes 1 – 9 for the session 2013-2014.

Admission is open to both boys and girls in these classes.

You may collect the Preliminary Information forms according to the following schedule. The forms must be collected by one of the parent. In case, if the Defence Personnel is not in station, an authority letter must be given to the person who may be deputed to collect the forms on his / her behalf. Please note that the forms will not be given without the authority letter:

Collection of forms on the following days:

Forms must be submitted according to the following schedule:

3 11th March 11 a.m. to 12 noon

4 12th March 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

5 12th March 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

6 12th March 11 a.m. to 12 noon

7 13th March 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

8 13th March 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

9 13th March 11 a.m. to 12 noon

Please submit the following documents with the forms:

A letter from the competent authority in your office stating the date of your movement to Delhi along with the copy of the posting and movement order.
Copy of the Last Report Card of your ward (if final term report card is not available, then the copy of the First & Second Term Report Cards must be attached).
2 Passport size photos of your ward.
