Can somebody tell me, Is MVN Future Genius and MVN Aravali Hills, both are the same schools?

because while admission at MVN Future Genius, they told me that they will shift my child to MVN Aravali Hills. But I don't have any proof. Since I visited to the website of mvn (http://mvneducation.com/) there is no reference of "MVN Future Genius" at all (either in school list or contact us or at other place). also the logo for both the schools are different. 

It seems that they are two different schools. They may have some kind of tie-up between them. I don't know. But at least there should be some reference on MVN website for "MVN Future Genius"
