Hard copy submission of filled online form for PP International

I filled the online form of PP International and received a confirmation of submission on my email but did not receive the filled form as pdf.. So am I not supposed to submit a hard copy, Rs. 25 and any supporting documents? Their website doesn't speak of it..am confused. Can any body guide me pls?

Do one thing just call the respective school and ask ur questions.....

You will get a soft copy of the form you have filled in your email in 2-3 days. You will have to deposit the DOB certificate, address proofs etc. and one photo at the school reception on or before 5th Feb. They are not charging 25/- for form submission. Its free.
