Just about 3 years kids

Hello All,

 

Our Daughter got selected in DPSI, but she is March born and just 3 years.We are wondering whether we should enroll her or not, is there anyone else whose kids are Feb or March born?

But the last date for enrollment has already lapsed..it was 3rd Dec!
