Am also the victim of this fraud, would like to this case to relevant authorities. This school is fraud and cheater. Luckily my kid is not studying and hoping that other parents will take same action.

Lets publish this fraud in news paper or complaint to police to take strict action against them.

Hi Ritu ji,

Have called up school prinicipal today and they are trying to evade. There is consumer court judgement of dated 8th January 2012 where in School authorities have to pay all amount + 5000/- Harassment charges + 2500/- Litigation fees. Below is link for your perusal. Am ready to go to school to persuade them to return all amount or am thinking of filing case in consumer court.

Hi Alok,

Earlier they sent us cheque after deducting 25k instead of 12k but we together one more parents went to mayoor school to talk abt the reason then they refunded us back 13k. what is your case?

I was just asking as I came to know that admissions happens till march against cancellations in school, I have dropped application for the same.

By law, the school has to refund all the money before session starts.

We can approach consumer court in Noida for the refund of rest of money.
