Lathaa ji i need to clarify something from you  my husband was waorking in a private firm in haryana he shifted his job from december  in delhi  he just have  apoointment letter from the delhi employer as well from haryana employer we have our permanent residence in rohini delhi will we get the transfer point benefit if yes what documents we require

Job Transfer?

Appointment letter of current employer and relieving letter of previous employer.

 even i have the same query we got shifted from bnglre to delhi in july n we have the relieving letter of the previous firm and joining letter of the current employer can we get the benefit of interstate transfer

Confirm with school all you need to show the proof of transfer and  so transfer order copy.

What if owner of propreitorship & partner of partnership firm is transferred ?

Can someone order himself to be transferred ?

Propritorship: I hereby tranfer myself to Delhi wef 01-04-2013

Partnership: We the pertners of M/s ABC hereby transfer Mr.xyz partner to Delhi wef 01-04-2013
