Dear Fellow Parents As per DOE guideline and HC verdict Schools are moving ahead with new point system ,The biggest change is with the distance criterion and the heaviest too.

I am not sure how Schools are going to differntiate between the ones that are neighbourhood say within a km from those say 7kms distance.

In case, they both get equal points ,assuming rest criterion remaining same in these two case .Will they go for lottery (as mentioned by few schools website) , in case seats to student ratio is skewed (thats the reality) 

Isn't there probability of kids from distant say 6,7,8 km getting seats and neighborhood kid going to another school 7 km distant or not even getting admitted.

Of course as a Parent we can only try our best and fill maximum forms.

But I am afraid why this issue wasn't noted Or was it ?
