Hi Can anyone provide the format of medical certificate required by Blue Bells Schools. Is there any specific format or general given on this site Documents link.

Please confirm urgently.

Even Tagore International requires a fitness certificate. Please suggest.

@udit .. u may get it from the pedics for your child on her letterhead mentioning that all vaccinations of the child are in order and he/she is doing fine in terms of fitness ..
