We have just looked at the Modern School Vasant Vihar forms and there is no field to capture transfer cases in the same nor are they asking for any documents to prove that the applicant's parents have had interstate transfer this year.

The ppl at the front desk seem to be clueless about it eventhough the website mentions that the admissions process will be as per DOE guidelines.

Anyone has any visibility on how this thing is going to materialize
