Pay slip, offer letter or even a generic letter from your workplace stating that you have been working with them since xyz date would suffice

In final form, they are asking for occupation proof of parent, can you please let us know what type of document required here? And this is not mentioned any where else over site?

HELLO , I Have filled amity online form for nursery 2018-19 and gt a submission date for form. but i wont b able to turn up that day due to sum unavoidable person reasons. by any chance do they extend the dates for submission. plz revert m worried
