Starting with my justification- I am the last person to rant about anything or anyone coz it could have various verticals.

But this incident has scared my soul, from deep inside.

It's been a week, since we have enrolled my 10 years old neice to this school.

The first day she went and the same evening the school has called to say that,the school is closed tomorow due to some technical errors on the Air-conditioning of the school. The off days went on for a week.

That was a little weired to us, but anyways, we chose to be watchful n patient.

New week has begun, the regular school started on Monday ( yesterday), came back home.at 545 , (the school gets over at 415), though the school bus had a long route n she is dropped last, alright , fair enough, we decided that this arrangement doesn't work for us and we wud be picking our child on our own to avoid the hassle to be in the bus for that long.

Today my sister got some pooja at home n decided to go to the school tomorow to inform this.

So today the child was supposed to reach home,by 545 max by 6 pm. ...right??

Till 615 the child wasn't home , and that's how I barged in and tried connecting with the transport incharge and informed him about this delay, he is like let me check, after few minutes I had called him again and he said the driver is not picking up his calls.. .what do

I need to understand from this???

The transport incharge also said.... you take the drivers number n call him.....I am like OK ,,at this point am ready to do anything to get my child back home... .

Don't they have other back up to track the bus, isn't the driver or helper responsible to report back or update to their incharge on the delay??

Anyways I had called the driver and asked him where he is . ..I was fortunate enough that my call had been picked up by him. ....he has given the phone to my neice telling her " apni mummy ko batao ham kahan pe hain" ........

I am likke for real!!!!

She is moved from Dubai , lived her one year in Delhi , completely brand new to Gurgaon.....poor child still tried to read from the boards around that she is crossing Rail Vihar.....

Phewww... .....

Points beyond my understanding on the school part -

1. The bus color was not yellow which is a mandate, rather it was a small white shady van.

2. The bus was hot as he'll, the driver was a no clue person.

3 the transport incharge had switched off the phone after one point.

4. The driver was only having over the phone to my neice for the location.

5. I had to pick her up from the Wazirabad signal at 645.

6. There was no old or experienced person there to handle the situation in the bus, or show the route to the new driver so it can be followed accordingly.

7. The drivers words are still echoing

Thaane se aaake le Jao bachhe ko.....for a minute my heart stopped if I ever get to see my child.....

8. The transport in charge had no clue or responsibility to see where the child is been dropped off who's taking her.

After I came back n thanked my God n stars that I finally could see her....she started crying n was so scared ,it took a while for her to come back from this trauma......

I later saw the reviews and they all say its the worst school ever.

I don't know.... but it's really important for me to go to the school tomorrow to give mine or their peace of mind.

Though it wil have no effect am sure...

A complete disaster in the name of an education institute.....Will try my best to spread so no other parent will opt for this school.

The experience was traumatized for the family! For those hours.

The decision is been taken to move her out from this school.
