With 45 points, there is a chance you may get through to the draw stage.

However, I heard rumors that there would be no draws this time - since DoE has abolished  sub-limits within General Category. This means, all siblings and alumni only in General Category seats. Still early days though - hope for the best but be prepared for the worst! Apply in at least 15 schools - not only to your preferred list of schools
