Schedule

Application Forms are available ONLY online. Please read the following instructions carefully before clicking on the link found at the end to fill the online application.

1 The Activation key required to fill the online form will be available from 1st January 2011 to 15th January 2011, in the school. Timings will be from 10:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturdays. The activation key is required to apply online.

2 The child must be at least 3 years of age as on 31st March, 2011.

3 School transport will not be available for Nursery students.

4 School timings will be from 8:30 a.m to 12:30 p.m for Nursery students.

5 Incomplete / incorrectly filled forms will be rejected.

6 Submission of duplicate forms should be avoided as it will attract inconsistent responses.

•Form Number will be displayed on successful submission of completed form. The number will be SMSed and emailed. Please retain this number for all future correspondence.

•School information is available at www.sanskritischool.com

•The first list will be displayed on the School Website and on the School Notice board.

•Admission will be confirmed on verification of documents.

•On verification, if the required information / document is wrong / altered, the admission stands cancelled.

•Distance to school will be calculated on bus route basis. The areas/localities/colonies within the range of the school along with the points are as mentioned in the Distance and Area Table .

List of documents to be produced by the parents at the time of admission.
(i) Two passport size photographs of the child. One to be pasted on the Enrollment Form and the second to be submitted to the office.

(ii) Attested photocopy of the Date of Birth Certificate Issued by the Local Municipal Authority.

(iii) Attested Photocopy of Proof of Residence. (MTNL Bill/Passport/Driving License/Voter I – Card for General Category.

(iv) Attested Photocopy of Proof of Employment like Appointment Order/ Posting Order issued by the concerned department/organization for Group A officers of All India and Central Services and Serving officers of Defence Services.

(v) Once admission list is declared the concerned parents will be called for verification of documents.

If any of the above required information / document is wrong / altered, the school will cancel the admission.

I heard that their is no interaction at Sanskriti and they will come out with the first list directly? is this true?

It works for me in IE8 browser. Only Firefox is complaining about it, try changing your browser and try again..
