New Admission to Pre-School & Pre-Primary Class in the Academic Session
2010 - 2011
• Children born between 01/04/2006 and 31/03/2007 (both dates inclusive) are eligible for registration to
Pre-School.
• Children born between 01/04/2005 and 31/03/2006 (both dates inclusive) are eligible for registration to
Pre-Primary class.
• Form to be filled online on our website – www.themis.in
• Transport facility is not available for the students of Pre-School & Pre-Primary.
• A computer generated registration number (for Pre-School- PS/10/….& for Pre-Primary -PP/10/….)
will be given on successfully filling the form.
• Any incorrect information registered will result in the cancellation of the admission of your ward at any
time, even after commencement of the session.
• Registration fee of Rs. 25/- to be paid at the UCO Bank Extension Counter, Sri Aurobindo Ashram Branch
and the required documents (self attested photocopies) in support of the form to be submitted between 21st
Dec 2009 to 15th January 2010 to the school office during 9AM to 11.30 AM on all working days.
• Any form without the requisite Registration Fee receipt will not be entertained.
• Name of the short-listed students for admission will be displayed on our website on 1st Feb.2010. The
same will be displayed on the Notice board after 3:00 p.m., on the same day, at our school office.
Criteria for admission:
1 Neighbourhood – 40 points : A list of all localities in the catchment area of the school with
points for each category is enclosed as Annexure “A”, 40 points are awarded to colonies in
the immediate vicinity from where children can come walking. For others localities we
have given 30, 25 & 15 points. Please check the list of localities with points.
(Required Document - Ration card/ Passport/ Voter ID/ Property Tax/ Electricity
Bill / MTNL Bill)
2 Sibling - 30 points will be awarded to the applicant if his/her sibling (real brother or sister)
is already studying in The Mother's International School only.
(Required Document – Photocopy of fee receipt)
3 Alumni – 30 points are given if one of the parents has graduated after passing Class XII
from The Mother’s International School.
(Required Document – Photocopy of AISSCE mark sheet)
4. Under EWS (Economically Weaker Section) Quota - The following documents are
mandatory:
i. Annual Income certificate issued by the Sub Divisional Magistrate.
ii. Ration Card of family for last five years (Residing in Delhi).

I stay in malyiva nagar, but received only 10 points of neighborhood instead of 30, dont know the reason, why. neither i had not received any communication on the same.Kindly help somebody.Regards,…Continue
