GUIDELINES FOR NEW ADMISSIONS

LKG 2013-14

1. List of selected candidates is displayed on the Notice Board and school website.

2. Parents of selected candidates may collect the Admission form from School Gate No.1 and fulfill all necessary formalities including payment of fee at Gate No.1 counter on 28^th Sept. and 29^th Sept. 2012 between 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.

3. All payments will be accepted by D.D. or Pay order drawn in favour of Vishwa Bharati Public School, Noida.

NOTE: NO REQUESTS FOR EXTENSION OF DATES FOR FEE DEPOSIT WILL BE ENTERTAINED.

4. Parents who fail to complete admission formalities within the stipulated period/ days will forfeit their claim to admission.

5. Date of commencement of new Academic Session, Orientation Programme, purchase of stationery and uniform etc. will be intimated by 2^nd week of March 2013.

6. PARENTS DESIROUS OF AVAILING TRANSPORT ARE ADVISED TO CHECK BUS ROUTES BEFORE DEPOSITING THE FEE- BUS ROUTES ARE DISPLAYED ON THE NOTICE BOARD.

TRANSPORT FACILITY

a) Parents wishing to avail School Transport facilities for their wards are requested to apply for the same on separate prescribed forms on the day of the Orientation Program.

b) The bus fee is to be paid in the first week of April.

c) Request for change of bus stop or extension of bus route will not be entertained. The bus stops and bus routes are formed keeping in mind the convenience, safety and security of children.
