How difficult to get the admission considering location from residence?
I am seeking admissions for my 3 yr old daughter (single girl child) in Janak Puri or Dwarka region, and currently I live in Uttam Nagar since last 2 years on rent.
I would like to know how difficult it would be to get the admission in Janak Puri or Dwarka region since I would not secure too many points considering the distance of my resident from the school?
Here are the schools which I have mentioned how far they are from my residence.
Janak Puri Schools
St. Francis - less than 1 km
St. Marks - 2-3 km
Dwarka Schools
Delhi Public School - 5-6 km
Mt. Caramel - 10-11 km
Bal Bharti - 6-7 km
Sri Venkateshwara - 6-7 km
What should be my plan of action if any hurdle is there to secure the admission?

this the problem with me as well bro.... iam a resident of uttam nagar too...
and what i had heard that address might create problem for us. as these schools will take kids from near by localities or from the so called push colonies and Uttam Nagar is a "total reject area"

You have greater chance in Dwarka schools. You have considered only top schools See the excel sheet of last year in tab on top of home page and decide. Moreover wait till the new guidelines come since there is a greater change to take place in admission process.
Few schools give points girl child and first child. As per last year guidelines you can get easily in few Dwarka schools.
